Lift Club is suitable for all. There is no criteria that you have to meet to be able to come to the class.
Gone are the days where weights were only for some. Welcome to the peak of safely structured strength training at Virgin Active. A weightlifting, strength focused group class that will build much more than muscle.
Lift Club Floor
Programmed in 6 weeks blocks so you can track your progress, but join at any time. The classes are built on Endurance, Strength and Hypertrophy formats for well-rounded development. Movements include squat, deadlift, bench, as well as kettlebell and dumbbell compound movements, accessory work and isolated movements to unlock your true strength.
